Black Carbon in Europe: Targeting an Air Pollutant and Climate Forcer

Air pollution and climate change are among the most frequently discussed topics in the contemporary European environmental debate. Black carbon, or soot, is a crucial substance in this context. A significant reduction of black carbon emissions would help to combat climate change and improve air quality.
